Bang Bang!

Woke up early today cos the part-time maid's coming and I'd like to ensure that everything's in place for her. Since she won't be cleaning the terrae for me, I decided to sweep it before she arrives. Managed to clean the place, wash the clothes and make coffee before she gets here.
while she cleans the house, hb and I went to have bfast outside. This is when my beautiful Sat morn turns "ugly". I see that two hateful cigarette butts lying on the floor which I've just swept.
This is not the first time. Last week i wrote a letter to the 3 neighbours above us cos I've been picking up rubbish like receipts and marlboro menthol lights ciggys.
This time, I took the bags of rubbish I collected and told the hb to stay at home while I go talk to the neighbours since the letters didn't work.
I pressed the bell of the 2nd flr , nobody answered. But there's someone at home. The second bedroom window is open and we can hear noise from the room on our terrace. I pressed the bells several times, knocked on the door. Still nobody answered. So I decided to approach the two other neighbours first.
4th floor, unlikely culprit, a lady with her cute, happy baby boy. She said she had tried to speak to me after she received the letters but I wasn't home. So I went to 3rd floor, nobody in except the maid, another unlikely culprit. I know her master smokes, but we've been staying here for the last 5 yrs with him smoking and nothing happened.
The 2nd flr neighbour moved in a few weeks ago and that's when the ciggys started appearing. Knocked on their door again and no answer. So I went to mgmt office, reported the incident and they promise to station someone to watch over and go up once they catch the culprit. They suspect it's teenage smoking and hiding from parents. Hope we'll catch the culprit soon. It's dangerous, potential fire hazards.
