Gd cust service pays

Being excited n nervous abt my upcoming trip, I decided to collect my train pass earlier than prior arrangement. Rushed to the agency and thought I'll get the pass, pay n go. But unexpectedly the staff was very friednly, asked if I need explanations and started to show me a map of Rome, highlight the places of interest and gave suggestions on places to dine and where to shop, etc. I was impressed. For I did not book a tour package with them, I only buy the train pass through them and they earn a handling fees of $17+.
After the gentlman's explanation, I hurried off, hoping to read more abt the place.
It's only when I reached the MRT station that I realised they did not charge me for the passes. It's about $800. If the service has been bad, I might not turn back. But not today. I can't let that nice man pay for my trip. His good service should be rewarded, not punished. So I ran back before they close for the day and paid for my purchase. He was shocked and thanked me for my honesty. Well, I say thanks to your good service.
