Anytime now.

During my gynae appointment on Sat, was told that I'm already 3cm dilated. And gynae decide to induce me on 18 Oct 6am if Charlotte wasn;t delivered by then.

Well, at least a date set. But still very anxious to see her. On Sunday, just keep repeating this question to everyone at home: "Why isn't Charlotte coming out yet?"

On Sunday night I had "show" but I took it quite calmly as I know it may be a few more days after the show before one delivers. I start to have aches at night, thus can't sleep well. On Monday, I had "Show" again and called the nurse, they start to panic and ask me to be admitted. I wasn't prepared to do that since I don't feel any regular contraction. And I do not want to disrupt Roy from his work and then end up waiting for another day or two before the actual delivery. So I calle dmy gynae. He say no doubt I'm already going into labour but he thinks it'll be a day or two before Charlotte is delivered. So he say I can ewait for more regular contraction before heading to hospital. However, he reminded me that I have a high threshold for pain so do take "mild" pain into consideration as those pain are normally classified by other women as labour pain already.

So I decide to make good use of thsi time. I put the cot sheet for Charlotte and was the cot sheet protector to sun.

Then I decide to do a facial and on some soothing music for Charlotte and myself as we'll both go into a battle soon.

Also, I indulge in the food that might be ban for the next 1 month. Lots of fruits, and chocolate and ice-cream.

There must be lots of movement in my stomach cos I poo 4 times today...(Opps, pardon this disgusting info., but I'm just so amazed by what's happening to my body.) I'm now experienceing tightening in my tummy and lots of backache. But they're not so regular that i have to go to hopsital. Hope I won't have very sudden painful contraction, else I might have difficulty going to hospital as I'm all alone at home and Roy will probably takes 40mins to reach home...Might be too late then. So I might just get myself admitted tomorrow morning. Shall discuss with Roy when he gets home tonite...err, I mean tomorrow morning at 1+am.
